According to Ayurveda we try to understand how this gas causes acidity and constipation and what are its causes.  Whatever food we eat causes gas, constipation and acidity in the stomach and constipation is the root of all diseases.

 But what should you do to avoid constipation?  Friends, for this you do not need to take any kind of medicine nor do you need to take any kind of medicine, but you have to follow these rules.  Eat only when you are hungry and eat less when you are hungry.  For example, if you are hungry for 5 rotis, eat only 4 rotis.  This is the rule that must be followed.

Enzymes in our gastrointestinal tract are activated whenever we start eating.  And whenever we vomit after eating, feel that we are not going to eat any more because our presence is full.

This means that if you eat too much food, then the food will not be digested and it will also lead to gas and constipation in the stomach and it can lead to acidity and many other diseases.

That is, in Ayurveda scriptures, Chara Krishi has said that whenever you burp for the first time, you should stop eating.  And after that if you eat even one bite, that food is like poison to you.

The food we eat should be properly absorbed in the body, for this we need to keep some space in our stomach, that is, we should eat less than hunger and eat when we are hungry.

 So friends, take special care that eat only when you are hungry and eat less than hunger. If you strictly follow this rule, then you will lead a healthy and healthy life.
