1. Squats: There are some exercises that we can do standing, one of them is squats.  You can do this exercise while standing and folding in your spare time or while working in the kitchen.  Below is a video how to do this.

To do the squat, first stand straight.  Now spread both your legs a little wider and bend down.  The position of the squat should also be in the same position while sitting on the chair.  After coming in half squats, stand up straight again.  Similarly do 3 sets of 10-10.

Push Ups: Doing push ups daily will help you in reducing weight and will also strengthen your body.  After a certain age, most women have problems with knee pain, in which case you can do wall pushups.

To do wall pushups.  First you stand in front of the wall.  Now place both your hands on the wall and rest your hands on the wall.  Now move your body back and forth with both hands.  For this you can also watch the video given below.

Carry a water bottle with you while on the go.  Do any exercise for at least 45 minutes and make it a part of your routine and stick to it.
