Sleep with the bed as low as possible. Lying upside down on a low seat and raising it two feet above the ground opens the nerve. This is very beneficial in sciatica. Such persons should not stand for a long time and should not lift heavy weights.

Do not lift excessive weight while doing any work.  Foods containing vitamins should be taken so that such defects can be removed.  Such a person should exercise and walk every morning.  It increases blood circulation in the veins and prevents sciatica.
