69 days after the murder, Fenil Goyani, the killer who slit the throat and murdered the innocent Grishma, was found guilty by a sessions court. After which now the court has sentenced the accused. Fenil was recently produced in the Sessions Court. where the court found him guilty.
On February 12, Fenil Goyani stabbed a girl named Grishma Vekaria to death outside her house. Whose video also went viral on social media and the public also demanded the hanging of the accused. After the murder, the police arrested the accused.
The police also filed a 2500-page chargesheet inside the court within days of the counting of votes, following which the case has been going on daily for some time inside the court. District Public Prosecutor Nayan Sukhadwala was fighting the case on behalf of Grishma. Therefore, Fenil’s case was fought by lawyer Jamir Shaikh. After presenting the statements and facts of the witnesses inside the court, both the lawyers also argued. After which the decision of this case was awaited.
A few days ago, the killer, Fenil Goyani, was produced before the sessions court in Surat, where the convicting court asked him, “Why not give you the death penalty?” The court also noted that “the unarmed young woman was killed to show her manhood.” If you kill a girl with a weapon, why doesn’t the court kill you with a pen?”
Fenil Goyani did not reply. He stood quietly, even as the court asked him to speak before the sentencing, but Fennell didn’t say a word. Fennell was repeatedly told by the court that “you can say whatever you want to say.” But Fennel didn’t say anything
After this, on April 22, arguments were given from both the sides inside the court, after which the accused will be sentenced in the court today i.e. on May 5. Lawyers for both sides and Grishma’s family are present inside the court today. Meanwhile, the judge also started reading the order.
Then the judge in the court read the verse before reading the order and said that it is not easy to punish the deities. I have a career span of 28 years. Grishma was helpless at the time of the murder. Grishma had a 12-inch pedal around her neck. When he tried to escape from the accused, the wound on his neck started bleeding. Fountains of blood flow from time immemorial. Even if Grishma fell at the feet of the accused, the accused did not show any mercy. People must have seen such killings. Due to which a large number of people attended his funeral. The accused does not show remorse or fear of the law. After the case, Maniti’s sister was asked to give a statement in her favor.
The court also said in its decision that the accused tried to put 2 people in cold storage. The case is considered the rarest of the rarest, Grishma was only 20 years old, she too had dreams. The family cried in the court room. A 506-page judgment was delivered in this case.
Now the decision of this matter has also come. Court has sentenced the killer Fenil Goyani to death in the Grishma Vekaria murder case. There was no fear on Fennell’s face when he reached the court. Grishma’s family has appeared in the court along with the lawyers of both the sides. Meanwhile, the court termed the case as the rarest of the rare. Justice began with the verse of Manusmriti.
